Skydiving in tandem is safer than a car ride... if anything goes wrong, the tandem instructor's loss is equal to the client's. Equalizer = Dive.
In a car, the driver's chances for survival versus the passengers' chances are unequal. Equalizer = Nonexistent.
Sometimes calculated risk is better than "a sure thing". When's the last time you've done a good skydive?
